Munk has been a favorite of mine for years now. 0wner of the deeply and consistently rad Gomma records. He's blowing up as of late (depending on who you talk to he has been for 2 years now). Which he totally deserves. If everyone that was ridiculously ahead of their time made the BIGtime things would be different I guess. Shazam lives in Perth Australia and kicks ass for a living from what I can see. Great productions on his myspace page.
Although it's hard to decide what I heart most about this track, it's probably the unexpected Fred Schneider-esque backing vox that clinch it for me. How subtly twisted, tongue firmly in cheek.
